I still don't understand the concept of drilling, isn't it basically blind review of similar concepts?

Drilling is targeting one specific type of question and doing it over and over again to get use to thinking in the ways required to solve the problem. It's taking a concept (like negation technique) and applying it, in order to get use to it.

Blind review happens after the fact. Once you've finished a section, preferably timed. You go back to each question with unlimited time and see if your answers change without that pressure of a clock. If they do, you have to figure out why they do. Were you strapped for time? Did you rush it? Did a trick answer catch you? Why is each AC wrong and why is one right?

Blind review is a much more broad and intensive method of studying than is drilling.

Drilling's sole purpose is to practice one kind of problem.

Blind reviews is to learn the different aspects and minute details of the test like common trap AC.

Well, you can always do your drilling timed whereas BR is strictly untimed.
