Hi! I'm practicing Must Be True/Most Supported questions and am having trouble with understanding why B is the correct answer as opposed to D. Answer D seems more like a paraphrase which is why I thought it's correct. Would love an explanation. Thanks!

I think you are making sufficiency/necessity confusion. (D) is not a paraphrase of the stimulus.

What does the second sentence say? It basically says: Anyone with A, B, and C can do something.

Are A, B, and C each necessary to do something? No. A, B, and C together are sufficient conditions for something but not necessary.

I don't know what curriculm you are using, but I highly recommend enrolling in 7Sage to understand the logic behind sufficiency and necessity.
