What is this flaw called:

"Takes for granted that a hypothesis has not proven to be true is proof that it is false"

Is there a name for this?

    I believe that is "unproven vs. untrue."

    Logically speaking, just because I am unable to prove the idea that pigs can fly, it does not necessarily mean that it is a false statement. Perhaps there is an enchanted pig somewhere in the universe who has the capacity to fly invisibly, yet none of us know it yet.
