PSA for veterans with education benefits

I'm sure everyone but me already knows this, but make sure you check with the VA concerning any remaining GI Bill eligibility you might have. I rushed my way through my undergrad, getting my degree in less than 3 years and called the benefits number today on a whim. Found out I have 13 months of remaining eligibility (Montgomery, not Post 9-11). Regardless, that's over $25k at the current distribution rate. Every little bit helps.

:D Isn't it awesome! I've got a full two years left of my Post 9/11!

Thanks - yeah - I called a few months ago and found out I have three years left on the Post 9/11 GI Bill. I only qualify for 50% of tuition, though, so hoping to get scholarships for the remainder.

Glad to hear there are other veterans / GI Bill recipients in the program, I am about to transition back to civilian life and plan on using my full GI or Montgomery Bill to cover as much law school as possible. Thanks for the helpful advice!
