can someone please explain to me the purpose of this column when reviewing answers. I see that it has a drop down arrow and when clicked little boxes appear but what is the point/ what are we suppose to do with them

I believe that it's just something that is automatically generated by the 7sage analytics system based upon the average number of questions missed in that particular section.
You don't really need to do anything with it, but it can be useful to gauge progress.
For example, suppose my logic games average is normally -5, but in a particular PT I go -1. Looking at the section difficulty can help me understand if I've actually improved because the difficulty of the logic games section can vary considerably from test to test.
PT43, for example, has a 1 star difficulty games section whereas PT36 has a 5 star difficulty games section.
