I am having a hard time accessing the PDF files for the questions. The system tells me to enter a password & when I do it says the password is invalid. I have changed my password 3 times and I’m having no luck accessing them. #pleasehelp

The password to access PDF files is your e-mail address. If you've already tried this, then I would definitely contact customer service.

@miriaml7 is correct - the password for PDF file access is your email address and not your 7sage password for login.
