If you explain this rationally in an addendum, probably not.
Your best bet is to write an addendum that is concise, factual, and clearly shows growth and understanding since the time of the incident. How it is received by the admissions committee will depend on the content fo your addendum, the strength of the rest of your application, and the admissions policy about plagiarism. Good luck!
