Stuck in reading comp... how do I improve from my constant -5?

I feel like I hit a wall. Just 2 weeks away from the August Flex, I can't go above a 170 because I keep getting -5 on reading comprehension. I always get wrong the questions that talk about structure, and the purpose of a specific term. Any tips?
