Does anyone know if we are allowed to have water bottle or coffee on desk during flex?? was planning on it but not sure if there going to say something.
From LSAC website about what you're permitted to have with you: "Beverage in plastic container or juice box (maximum size: 20 oz/591 ml). Aluminum cans are not permitted."
Yes and if you're unsure you can always ask the proctor before the test starts if it's acceptable. Some proctors may differ slightly with what they're ok with.
Totally unrelated, but does anyone know if gum is also allowed for the flex? I get why some proctors would be against it for the in person test (prevent distractions for other test takers) but during the flex I would assume it wouldn't be an issue?

I put coffee in a plastic bottle for my May Flex take and it was totally fine. I drank it in the middle of the exam as well.
