LSAT Flex Format Question

For anyone who has taken a previous LSAT Flex, is it the same setup as the 7Sage practice tests where you can "X" out answer choices to make them muted or is there no option on the test?

Yes, there is an option where you can X out answers. I'd suggest taking one or two practice tests within the LSAC's lawhub environment (you should have access to it) -- this is the exact same testing environment/setup you'll see on test day. This way, you'll get used to where all the buttons are and the slightly different font/spacing on the test.
