Which exams 30-50's are similar to 60-80's PTs?

Hi! I have done all the 60-80's PTs and now have to rely on the older exams (30-50)and was wondering which ones have you found to be the most similar? Is it bad to base a practice test on the older exams? Should I redo 60-80PT's? I took some about 3 months ago but it is not a fresh test so am worried.
