Drill, drill drill, and more drilling. I also kept track of every question I got wrong, and compiled a document on Word with each question and my train of thought attacking that question. I still review these questions from time to time just to see the patterns I was making and why a question confused the hell out of me.

It takes time and critical self-reflection. Emphasis on the former, but stagnation is the result of failing to do the latter. Blind review (brutally honest BR!) is likely where the latter comes into play once you are in the PT's focused stage.

Also, anticipate having several plateaus. I had mine at ~165 and then ~169.
