PT69.S4.Q9 - WHAT is a mistaken reversal??

Currently working on MSS, and stumbled upon LSAT 69 Section 4, Question #9.
It has an answer choice that is wrong for the reason that it uses a 'mistaken reversal'. Can anyone explain to me what mistaken reversal is?
