The bridge here is about linking political self-determination from external force + virtues necessary for freedom
A. Not true, its the opposite
B. Who cares what other virtues they achieve
C. Free -> develop political virtues… maybe
D. Remain truly free -> political self-determination, but this is missing the virtue part.
