7Sage is not sensing my active LawHub Advantage subscription

Hello,

I recently renewed both my 7Sage and LawHub Advantage subscriptions, however 7Sage is not sensing my active subscription. I used the same accounts on both websites that I had in the past. Do I need to unlink and relink accounts to fix this?
