I don’t look at flaw questions this way. That sounds complicated.
Once you’ve identified that it’s a flaw question type, you’ve to find out what the flaw is irrespective of the question stem. You’ve premises and you’ve a conclusion. Your job is to find out what type of flaw did the author commit.
