For this weakening question, I understand that I need to find evidence that points towards Neanderthals not being nomadic but I dont understand how the correct answer choice (Neanderthals saved gazelle teeth for use in religous rituals and later discarded them) helps prove that they are not nomadic.

That one was definitely hard. The idea is that the saved gazelle teeth that were found that were not actually hunted in the campsite, but rather from different places that the Neanderthals had recently traveled from and was simply discarded at the campsite. This means the Neanderthals still could have been nomadic because the fact that there were discarded year round gazelle teeth there does not imply that they were all killed while the Neanderthals were inhabiting the campsite.
