I thought it's good to know what the businessperson says is true or not...whether it makes sense or not.
(whether his reasoning leads to the conclusion...by providing another example it is but if not, what he said may not be true, may not work.)

Cant Get Right

Keep in mind what our conclusion is. It's tempting to think this argument is saying "I was late because there was no parking." But that's not what the stimulus is arguing: It's saying "had there not been construction, I would have been on time." So assume everyone else was late. Does that help us determine what would have happened had there not been construction? It really doesn't tell us anything.

It's wrong because it's irrelevant. The right answer doesn't get us anywhere close to validity either, but it does provide some context which allows us to better evaluate the strength of the argument.
