Hi - I'm trying to access PT 35 but all the PTs are greyed out. I'm looking under "course" and then "extensions and prep tests". I have the Ultimate+. Can someone help?

Sorry for the delay in response!
The page you are looking at (Course > Extension and PrepTests) is a page for people to buy PrepTests. The images are blurred because you already have them in your Ultimate+ package.
Your PrepTests are on the Syllabus page. This video shows you how to access them:
