Hello,
Just for fun tell us what's your dream school regardless of your finances, GPA, or test scores. Then 3 reasons why that school(s).
My dream schools are Columbia or NYU.
Columbia
1. In New York, Close to Harlem
2. They have excellent faculty and a wide range of classes
3. Ivy League with strong connection and a beautiful campus
NYU
1. In New York, I love the Village area
2. Excellent faculty and wide range of classes
3. Strong BALSA Community

Comments
Yale
1. Prestige
2. Small class size
3. Faculty
Harvard
1. Also really prestigious
2. Wide range of courses with really interesting ones like election law
3. Faculty
NYU
1. Beautiful campus in the village
2. I’m already in NYC
3. Amazing faculty (again)
Yale, Stanford, Harvard:
-Because they are Yale, Stanford, and Harvard
UC Berkeley:
1. Went to undergrad here, so I am greatly nostalgic, would love to be a student there again at my old age
2. It's in California- as far as I'm concerned, greatest state in the Union- people can disagree, haha
3. Prestige
4. Absolutely beautiful campus
I really only have one honestly, Melbourne University
Yale
1. Small class size and intimate contact with faculty
2. Focus on learning without grades
3. Opportunity to work globally in any field
Harvard
1. Broadest range of courses and experienced faculty
2. Unsurpassed alumni base
3. Huge, diverse class with multiple perspectives
Georgetown
1. Large course offerings in government and regulation
2. Opportunity to do internships/externships in DC during the semester
3. Extensive semester abroad options
Same
Also NYU or Columbia because I adore NYC and I think that law school would be a great chance to live there for a few years to have the experience and then go somewhere else.
UCI
1. Prides itself on public service
2. Great faculty, student satisfaction, and so-cal location
3. Grad student/Family housing
UC Davis
1) I don’t have the option to move and this is one of 6 or so schools within commute distance
2) They have an immigration clinic. None of the other 6 schools do.
3) They’re part of a larger college campus. Hopefully I can sneak in some Spanish classes without hiking my tuition.
4) They have smaller L1 sections than other schools.
Northwestern
1.) Chicago is my favorite city in the US. Absolutely love the city of Chicago, especially downtown Chicago.
2.) Reputation and prestige
3.) It's actually attainable with the right test score despite my poor uGPA, lol.
Stanford:
1) I want to do computational law and they actually have this option (only school in the country that does).
2) Access to the literal founders of the field of computational law and of statistical learning which is my current background and houses the outside-law classes I want to take.
3) Really cool clinics that utilize data to look at police brutality and incarceration.
