    I don't have general application advice (too broad for me to answer), but your post gave me the impression that you don't know much about patent law jobs. I mention that (not to be rude) so that you look more into field if that's the only reason you're entering law school.

    Some questions to think about:
    1. Lit or pros?
    2. You're track B, are you going to be able to secure the job you want? I'm assuming your coursework is in chemistry and biology. It's hard for people with BS to enter the field, so I think you'll be starting at a big disadvantage.
    3. Do you have any idea what your job will entail? Prosecution is mind numbing.

    On another note, you should consider delaying until you pull your LSAT up. You have a fantastic GPA and with a great LSAT score you could be looking at better schools or a scholarship to Berkeley.
