Submitting Apps: Late December or Early January?

How much does it matter? I'm running a bit behind.
I'm guessing that submitting December 31st vs. January 4th won't have too significant of an effect?

The earlier you can get them in the better, but definitely don't rush to submit. Just ensure you're applying with your strongest application.
