Might come across as a stupid question. I just want to make sure about one thing, can we hand write in the space provided for “print name”, while doing the signature or do we need to edit the pdf and make changes via that. TIA

    You don’t fill out the ticket till you get to the test center, so print it out as is

    Just wait until you get to the test center so you don't have any issues.

    Just print it out and take it as-is. You have to sign it at the test center, in front of the people who check you in. Nothing else is needed on it.
