How to not think about admissions decisions!

Does anyone have suggestions to put admissions decisions out of one's mind? It's so hard not to refresh status checkers obsessively or constantly check my email, but I know it's a horrible use of time that only causes more stress! Thinking about limiting myself to checking my personal email 1-2 a day...

    Try picking up a new hobby or doing more of the things you love. Constantly checking the status checker can definitely get addicting, but this is the last time you’ll really have as much time to yourself, so might as well enjoy it.

    Maybe you could reward yourself every time you don't check it? Like put a quarter in a jar or something, then buy yourself something small at the end of the day when you successfully don't obsess? Or have an m&m. Though then you might be fluffy AND stressed... I spend a lot of time around kids, in case you can't tell lol
