Hey. For some reason, I can't play any of the explanation videos. Please #help

Sorry about that! The videos seem to be working on our end. Can you try clearing cache on your browser or try a different browser?

Clearing the cache seemed to work, although I may have to keep clearing it over and over again, strangely. Anyway, the videos are working again so thanks and sorry for the trouble.
