Is it all required to be done at the same time as everyone else, or just work to be done every day? Also, what level of 7sage or what supplies would be necessary?

@AudaciousRed the work should be done every day - there is A LOT to cover and we only have 2 months (for July takers) or 4 months (for Sept. takers). We will also be digitally connected with each other - as of now, there are 15 members in the group. I'm going to cap the number of members in the group to about 20.
