Annotating PDFs on Samsung tablet

Hi everyone

I'm trying to annotate my 7sage PDF downloads on a Samsung tablet, but not having much luck. I've tried uploading the pdfs to Adobe, OneNote, Squid, and several others. After entering my pw, I am able to view the pdf, but when I attempt to edit I get a message along the lines of "tool not available because the doc is password protected". Has anyone else found a remedy to this problem? Do not want to print out all the worksheets, and want to get comfortable working digitally.

On my ipad, I use goodnotes to mark up my pdf's. Is there a goodnotes/noteability app equivalent for your OS on the samsung tablet?
