If the school doesn't specify except that one page is typically sufficient for supplemental essays, is it okay to write one page single-spaced? Then should I single-space my personal statement to have consistent formatting? Thanks in advance!

Double space all your writing. The typical personal statement is about 2 pages double spaced. Supplemental or optional statements are typically about 1 page unless otherwise specified. Admissions readers review applications on desktops, tablets, and other devices with smaller screens. If they can't read your writing, you run the risk that they won't read your writing. Good luck!
Hi @"selene.steelman" , thanks for your prompt response. So for the supplemental essays, you're saying typically 1 page double-spaced, right?
You should follow application instructions STRICTLY, but if unspecified, extra essays are usually a page or less. For example, a diversity statement or Why X essay is typically one page. An LSAT or GPA addendum should be short, concise, and factual, like 1-2 paragraphs.
