what should I be doing in the last week/ final days before the test??
I don't want to burn myself out, but I do want to keep making progress.

I would say no more than 2 a week to help with the review process. but, always refer your outline or notes. I am getting ready myself for the November 2019 test. I know the feeling. The best thing that anyone can do it is not drive yourself crazy worrying about it. Only you know if you are ready or not.
Last week just do some LG and light drills. Mostly focus on eating well, sleeping well, staying hydrated, and light exercise. Go into test day fresh and rested!
