I was putting together a list of rules of thumb to remember when answering LG questions and I thought I'd share. I'd love to hear what others use! I typically try to remember the following:
- take stock of what's left
- run down the rules
- scan the answer choices to see if any stand out
- scan the answer choices for similar patterns

Make inferences in the beginning of the game by looking to see which letter has more than one role.
1) Read stimulus
1a) Understand type of game
2) Write variables down
2a) Scan Q1 to see possible Game Board set up
2b) Draw board setup
3) Read/Write each rule out and label
Rule 1, Rule 2, Rule 3, etc.
4) Highlight what rules you have written down
5) Pare down your rules
5a) Combine rules
5b) Put variables in slots if possible
5c) Recognize leaders and followers
6) Create Master Game Board
6a) Create additional GB
@"Law and Yoda" Short and concise. Great for people first learning the LG process. I would keep this next to my bed and review it before I fall asleep each night. Or look over the list when I am standing in line or eating.
