I don't understand why this answer is correct. I chose (B), but the correct answer is (E). Please help me! I can't find an explanation online.

  • E is correct because you need to justify the conclusion which is "all commitments are morally neutral." B would help you justify a conclusion that says that some commitments are morally virtuous. Which is definitely not what we need. E gets us to a conclusion where all commitments are morally neutral which is why it is correct. Hope this is helpful.
