  Hi there,

  You have the option to not receive notifications via email when people comment on discussions threads that you participated in.

  Here are the steps to do this:
  1. Go to your forum profile
  2. Click "Edit Profile"
  3. Select "Notification Preferences"
  4. Uncheck the email notification for "Notify me when people comment on discussions I've participated in."
