Is 7Sage no longer supported in Safari? I keep getting a 507/Bad Gateway message while all other websites work just fine.

I'm using 7sage on Safari as we speak. I'm getting a "502 Bad Gateway" message on my chrome browser.

Clear your browser cache. It's just old temp files mucking up the works.

Jonathan does that apply to chrome as well?

Yeah. I had to do it a few days ago.

I'm using Chrome for PC and I can only access 7sage through incognito mode even after following the instructions. For what it's worth, when I try to clear my cache the option reads "Cached images and files" rather than "Empty the cache" as it does in the tutorial you posted. Am I clearing my cache incorrectly or is there some other problem here?

When you're clearing the cache for Chrome, make sure to delete cookies as well. See if that works?

Yeah, just deleted 7sage's cookie and it worked like a charm. Don't know why I didn't try that before. Thanks!

Hi, JY, I am not able to watch any video from 7Sage since May 4, it always says "html5: Video file not found".. can you help me with this? thanks!

I changed the settings and it works! Below is JY's Tips from http://7sage.com/discussion/#/discussion/340/html5-video-file-not-found

On the top right of the menu, you'll see your name.

Mouse over your name and a drop down menu will appear.

Click "Settings" from the drop down menu.

Check the box that says "Use Flash Player (prevents html5 video errors)".

This works with Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

Note: using flash player will disable different video playback speeds.
