I have heard from a few people that they got away with not including the courses they have taken at CC's. I know withdrawing isn't generally punitive but I do have a W. What are my chances with getting away with not including my CC transcript?

    1) Don't do this. It is incredibly unethical and not a good way to start a career in law.

    2) A non-punitive W won't hurt you at all whatsoever.

    3) You're chances of getting away with it are extremely low. Even if you did, It could very well amount to a C&F issue whereby you get accepted in law school, but ultimately end up not being able to pass the bar.
