About "without"

It's about to negate the sufficient condition, right? any example will be appreciated.

PT 61, Section 4, Problem 25. And yes it is negate sufficient.

Example Sentence: You can't have snow without cold temperatures = /Snow --------> Cold Temperatures.

Correct Interpretation: Snow ---------> Cold Temperatures (/Cold Temperatures ---------------> /Snow)

Correct. "Without" and "Unless" = chose either variable, make it the sufficient and negate it, and leave the other variable in it's non-negated form and make it the necessary condition.
