I was wondering what do you guys do with questions that you had made a mistake?

Do you write down the question so that you review it later?

What kind of method do you do?

I use an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of questions I get wrong. I also try to input a quick note regarding why I missed it and the mistake I made.
