Can someone tell me the difference between Weaken Questions and Stregthen Questions, and how to find the answer.

Great. Should I weaken the premises in order to find the answer?
You shouldn't ever have to touch the premises or conclusions in weak/strengthen question types. You will be supplementing the existing argument with additional information.
Have you finished the Core Curriculum, @jimmyrivera201 ? If you have finished it, I think you should review lessons I posted above.
