Varies school by school. Many schools, believe it or not, take June scores too. The thing is that you have to email them specifically and make sure because their website information isn't always accurate. However, that said, most of the top schools take Feb as the latest score.
I will add the following warning. Just because a schools says they will consider a June score does not really mean that someone has a serious shot with just a June score. Schools love raising the numbers of applicants to yield protect. I

Some schools do take June or you can apply with Feb and take it again for more scholarship money in June!
