How does law school admissions calculate GPA? I went to a community college and transferred to a 4 year school. I was told the grades i took at community wouldn't matter, but is this true?

No it is not true. You have to send every transcript you have to the LSAC for them to calculate your GPA. They will take those credits into consideration. This means your community college as well as undergrad.
