Dude first of all congrats, you scored a 164 on a diagnostic, thats amazing. You are the type of person who is most likely able to reach the goal that you mentioned in your post, give it time so that you can make it happen!
Try to eat some protein like a few eggs for breakfast, that will stave off hunger better, you're currently too carb heavy at the moment, I eat 3 eggs and oatmeal for breakfast and that lasts me at least 3 sometimes 5 hours without serious hunger
