I guess a deadline to upload a new photo must have passed. Anyway, I'm just going to go to the test center and hope for the best. If they turn me away, presumably I could write a test day complaint or something and retake it??

Correction. AlexLSAT is actually right. My bad. It is possible to assign a letter writer to a school even if (s)he hasn't uploaded the letter yet.
