I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like you have test anxiety? I have that too so I applied for accommodations for 70 minutes each section and got approved.
I'm struggling with RC too. I find that reading slowly and understanding every sentence and how every paragraph relates to each other helps. As you read, keep in mind the author's opinion.
