I believe you can even read a bi-conditional as material equivalent- but i took a little logic so thats a little more hard to see - but they operate the same.

You aren't paying for the same thing twice, it's just a hard realization. Lawhub provides the testing materials which you pay for there, 7sage provides their teaching materials and such for their cost. I understand where you are coming from though.
