I'm very sorry that @lemmegetuhhh was accused of bullying for simply bringing up solid arguments that he backed up with solid proofs. What a world we live in that almost everything has become a trigger phrase, and one is unable to argue different vi…
To clarify further: I personally think the LSAT is a bunch of bunk (the correlation factor to success in law school is laughable -- show the numbers to any scientist, and see if he can keep a straight face) but if we accept that the test is a good …
In short: The idea that the ability to do the LSAT quickly is important is dubious, but the entire test is based on that premise. Insofar as it is important in predicting success in law school (the LSAT's entire claim to fame, dubious as that may be…
While I understand why this is a sensitive topic, empirically, lemegetuhhhh is 100% correct. Time-based accommodations for the LSAT are loony. For those who care about dispassionate, rational arguments, please read this study:

Tonight, I was rejected by a school that my substantial improvement on the February LSAT would have made me much more competitive at (above 75th for GPA, right around median for LSAT). My old score was auto-reject territory, an…

Certainly, if schools were sending out acceptances at the same rate as in previous years, then they would have reached the number of acceptances they need to yield their desired class size sooner in the cycle. Michigan and Penn are not going to chan…
The comparative passage about the hedonistic treadmill (doesn't use those words, but that's what it's about).
Comparative passage about Thomas Sowell and cosmic justice.
I think an important caveat to February test takers before doing RC of PT83: Do not expect RC to be this easy on the Feb. exam. The RC of PT83 was the easiest RC section in a long time, by a long shot, in my opinion.
This boils down to LG not being a science. It often hits me to do games differently the second, third, or fourth time through.
In the conditional sequencing game in PT 83,- JY decided not to split, but in an almost exactly same game in the past, h…

It's kinda weird that we're talking about TLS being gone when the main contributors, mods, etc. just left and set up shop elsewhere. Anyone who enjoys the resources on TLS will have all that on lawschool.life
1) Some test centers display a watch, some don't. Best to bring your own.
2) You can write whatever you want on the test booklet, provided you stay within the section you are working on.
3) Take a look at the instructions on your admission ticket;…

I've read an article about the LSAT, printed in a law review, in which the author says that they showed a few LSAT questions to older law professors (who had not taken the modern LSAT), and many of them struggled with the questions.
Yes, I don't think they'll invite you to apply if there is absolutely no way they'd accept someone with those numbers. But it's still a long shot for many of the people they send fee waivers to.
