If you go to "manage institutions and Transcripts" under CAS, you can see your "academic summary report" under "my status" on the right upper corner. Scroll down and you will see your GPA.

I think unless your target is 170 and you are predicting a 155, you should not cancel. A cancel can be seen by school anyway, and schools will always assume it's bad. On the other hand a few points of score drop is no big deal.

Depends on the school. I think most schools I checked will allow you to switch between ED and RD if you call them before a decision is made.
