On LR and RC especially this happens on probably 90% of the ones I miss. Hate it. If anyone has any wisdom on this that would be awesome.

Have had the exact same experience, just started doing newer tests. Very discouraging.

I also think this is a great idea. I started one once and but got lazy. If we can get enough people interested maybe everyone can do one question type and someone can cobble it all together to make it uniform looking.
