If you care about BigLawandBig Fed I would do everything possible to get into the Top 13 or 14 schools. That said the low debt may make GW viable for you without the big salary promise of BigLaw.
My back of the napkins calculations show that 61% of the people who went into law firms ended up going to biglaw; and 58% of all grads went to biglaw or are doing clerkships. Those sound like good numbers to me!

I know at University of Houston and SMU if you are in the top 15 percent majority of people go into BigLawand make 6 figures. You are stuck to Houston or Dallas though, which is fine if you are from Texas, so it is possible.

Unless you're pretty tied to Minnesota, UofT is internationally equivalent to T10, and is the Harvard of Canada (best for biglaw, and huge network), so I would recommend UofT. Congrats on your acceptances!
