Former admissions officer here. The LSAC CAS Report will show the admissions reader your entire LSAT history. If you have multiple scores, the school will report the highest score but will consider the LSAT history when evaluating your file.
Wondering if you already got your CAS. Sometimes the CAS more or less matches what you think but other times it's a bit different, or sometimes really different. In any case, don't lose hope.

If you're asking for a fee waiver, you need to do so before your app is submitted. As far as I know, schools don't refund any application fees you have already paid. I would email whatever school you're applying to and ask if they waive the CAS fee.
Yea that would be great. I took April 2022 LSAT and scored a 150, 2 points lower than October 2022. Im registered for August but starting the CAS now anyway for applications. I need help.
Hi @bellahyeon14, It's not a bad idea to send them in now. CAS evaluations for international transcripts can take a while, so it's good to get what you can in as early as possible.
