If I were you I would try to get the three best possible academic LORs that you can and then one stellar professional/work LOR. Then use two academic and one professional LOR for all your apps and save the last LOR in case you need it for a WL. -

Definitely don't share the LOR. Too much risk of some lifted phrasing or something along those lines that will be very suspicious. I would drop the first prof, go with the second, and find another. -

It sounds way better to use the LSAC's LOR service, but I think you should tell recommenders not to specify a certain school name so one single letter can be used for multiple schools.
