@10000019 you think the evidence shows that northwestern, Cornell, and duke are regarding as solidly superior? I like Georgetown and its location more than those other schools. I didn’t realize there was that much of a disparity.
Just to add some confusion to how fee-waivers are decided; I don't have a reportable GPA (foreign) and I've received unsolicited fee waivers from Penn, Cornell, Vanderbilt, UCLA, as well as some lower-ranked schools.
Only you can decide what is most important to you. With that said, I know a guy who will be 47 when he starts orientation. Don’t let some predetermined notion of age influence your decision.
Sorry, I should have worded that differently. I would apply to some schools with 75th around 164 and some 25ths around 164 (give or take a point or two). So, a reach for you would be Northwestern or Cornell. A safety might be IU or Ohio State.
